Our family had a very popular and beloved restaurant in Ballston Spa, New York for almost 50 years. Ecobelli's Tam O'Shanter Inn was the center of our small community offering wonderful food, love and companionship to everyone, whether they were a customer, employee or salesman.
Laurina's Kitchen is comprised of stories and recipes handed down for generations from our grandmother Laura (Laurina) Ecobelli. It is rich with memories of family and community from a bygone era. It was created to compliment the feature film, "Chickadee" that is currently in pre-production based on an important event in Laura Ecobelli's life.
